Consider me officially shocked
I was taken aback by the spaciousness and cleanliness of my room, tucked quietly at the end of the corridor. The convenience of the mall below made meals effortless, though room service was a tad slow. The view of the surrounding Chiapas scenery was simply stunning! Will definitely recommend my stay here!

The hotel boasts a large, clean room with significant space. Located right above a modern mall, it made shopping and dining very convenient. The quiet atmosphere at the end of the corridor contributed greatly to my comfort during the stay. The accessibility to a variety of food options below was a major plus!
However, the elevator access to the mall was not direct from the lobby.

My stay in the Superior Double Room was pretty nice. The room was large, super clean, and quiet since I was at the end of the corridor. The beds were comfy, and I loved the nice view outside. Being right above the mall was so convenient for quick meals and shopping, but the elevator access was a bit clunky.
